We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Marketing Coordinator to join our dynamic team. The Marketing Coordinator will be responsible for supporting the development and execution of marketing strategies to drive brand awareness, generate leads, and enhance customer engagement. This role requires a strong understanding of digital marketing channels, excellent communication skills, and the ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities:
Collaborate with the marketing team to create and implement marketing campaigns across various channels, including social media, email marketing, content marketing, and paid advertising.
Assist in the creation and editing of marketing materials, such as brochures, presentations, blog posts, and website content.
Conduct market research to identify customer needs, preferences, and trends, and provide insights to inform marketing strategies.
Monitor and analyze the performance of marketing campaigns and report on key metrics, making recommendations for optimization.
Manage social media platforms, including content creation, scheduling, and community engagement.
Coordinate and execute events, trade shows, and conferences, including logistics, booth setup, and promotional materials.
Maintain and update the marketing database and customer relationship management (CRM) system.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
Proven experience in a marketing role or internship, preferably in a fast-paced environment.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Strong organizational and project management abilities, with the ability to multitask and meet deadlines.
Proficiency in digital marketing channels, including social media, email marketing, and content creation.
Knowledge of marketing analytics and reporting tools.
Experience with graphic design software and website content management systems is a plus.
A creative mindset and the ability to think strategically.
